Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup Nate’s Organic 100% Pure Honey
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 cups almond flour
- ½ cup vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
Directions
To a blender add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt and blend until smooth.
Pour cottage cheese mixture into a bowl and stir in the almond flour and protein powder until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight, to allow it to thicken and the flavors to meld.
