This yummy, dairy-free parfait is easy to make the night before if you don’t have much time for morning prep. With protein from the peanut butter and natural sweetness from the honey and fruit, you’ll feel set up for the loving holiday!
Yield 2-4 servings
Prep Time 20 Minutes
Total Time 60 Minutes
- 2 cups almond or coconut milk
- ¾ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey

- 1 ripe banana
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder

Next, fill with chocolate, and add another layer of peanut butter mixture. Finally, top your parfait with berries.
