Baked Cauliflower Cheese and Honey “Grits”
Try this baked cauliflower cheese and honey "grits" recipe for a little of that southern homecooked charm. Processed raw cauliflower looks so much like grits (or couscous) that they will fool anyone. It’s a great way to sneak vegetables into many dishes.

- 2 cups cauliflower, minced (until it resembles couscous or coarse meal)
- 8 ounces white cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 medium jalapeno peppers, minced
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Butter the bottom and sides of a 4 cup soufflé or casserole dish.
Whisk together all ingredients in a large bowl.
Spoon into casserole dish.
Bake for about 40 minutes, until top is golden and cheese is bubbly.
