Ingredients
- 2 oz blanco tequila
- 1 tsp Nate’s Organic 100% Pure Honey
- Juice from 1 lime
- Chili lime to rim the glass
- Ice
- 1 sparkling mineral water
- Wedge of lime for garnish (optional)

In a shaker, combine tequila, honey and lime juice and stir until the honey is dissolved. Pour into a chili lime rimmed cocktail glass filled with ice. Top with sparking mineral water and stir until combined. Place a wedge of lime on the corner of the glass and enjoy!
