Ingredients

2 cups buttermilk pancake mix
1⅓ cups water
¾ cup pumpkin puree
1 egg
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Combine pancake mix, water, pumpkin puree, egg, pumpkin pie spice, 2 tablespoons honey and food coloring (if using), and cook according to package directions. Allow a little extra time to cook through the thick batter.

Decorate with Halloween decorations and drizzle with LOTS of honey!
