Ingredients
- 15 oz can cannellini beans, drained
- 1 bunch watercress, stems removed
- 1 mango, pitted, peeled and diced
- 4-5 radishes, stemmed and sliced
- ½ cup feta
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped well
- 1 batch Honey Mango Dressing
Directions
Toss together beans, watercress, mango and radishes. Top with sprinkles of feta and add cilantro as a garnish.
Just before serving, drizzle with Honey Mango Dressing.
