Ingredients
- Honey Raspberries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- ½ cup water
- 2 Tbsp Nature Nate’s Organic Honey
- Juice of ½ lemon (about 2 Tbsp)
Whipped Brie
- 8 oz brie, rind removed
- ⅓ cup heavy cream, divided (plus more as needed)
- 1 Tbsp Nature Nate’s Organic Honey
- ¼ tsp salt
To Serve

Directions
Make the Honey Raspberries:
Place raspberries, water, honey and lemon juice in a medium pot.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to Low. Mash the raspberries with a spoon or fork, and simmer for 15-16 minutes, or until thickened.
Prepare the Whipped Brie:
In a medium mixing bowl, place brie and half the heavy cream. With an electric mixer, beat until smooth.
Add the remaining heavy cream and continue to beat until the mixture is light and fluffy, adding 1 tablespoon of cream at a time if needed for consistency.
Mix in honey and salt until well combined.
Assemble the Dip:
Spread the whipped brie onto a serving plate or into a bowl and smooth the top with a spoon.
Spoon the Honey Raspberries over the whipped brie.
Serve immediately with crackers for dipping.
