Ingredients
Honey Raspberries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- ½ cup water
- 2 Tbsp Nate’s Organic 100%Pure Honey
- Juice of ½ lemon (about 2 Tbsp)
Whipped Brie
- 8 oz brie, rind removed
- ⅓ cup heavy cream, divided (plus more as needed)
- 1 Tbsp Nate’s Organic 100% Pure Honey
- ¼ tsp salt
Directions
To make the Honey Raspberries, add raspberries, water, honey and lemon juice to a medium pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Mash the raspberries with a spoon or fork, and simmer for 15-16 minutes, or until thickened.
To prepare the Whipped Brie, combine brie and half the heavy cream in a medium mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat until smooth. Add the remaining heavy cream and continue to beat until the mixture is light and fluffy, adding 1 tablespoon of cream at a time if needed for consistency. Mix in honey and salt until well combined.
