Ingredients
- ¾ cup cooked quinoa
- 2 tbsp Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh fruit (mixed berries, peaches, mango, passion fruit, etc)
- 2 Tbsp raw or honey-roasted nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios, pepitas or walnuts)
- 2 teaspoons chia and/or hemp seeds
Directions
In a small bowl, stir together quinoa, honey, cinnamon, cardamom and vanilla. Add a dollop of yogurt to the bowl. Top with fresh fruit, nuts and seeds. Enjoy!
