Sweet Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

Sweet Quinoa Breakfast Bowl recipe for a clever twist on breakfast. An added bonus: plant-based protein is a great way to start the day!

¾ cup cooked quinoa

2 tbsp Nature Nate’s Raw and Unfiltered Honey

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

1 pinch cardamom

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

¼ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

1 cup fresh fruit (mixed berries, peaches, mango, passion fruit, etc)

2 Tbsp raw or honey-roasted nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios, pepitas or walnuts)

2 teaspoons chia and/or hemp seeds



In a small bowl, stir together quinoa, honey, cinnamon, cardamom and vanilla. Add a dollop of yogurt to the bowl. Top with fresh fruit, nuts and seeds. Enjoy!
