Honey Snickerdoodles

Sub in 100% pure honey for processed sugar in this snickerdoodles recipe for a fresh take on an old cookie favorite that you won't feel guilty making again and again and again.

Combine butter, honey, and egg. When well mixed, stir in flour and salt. Mix thoroughly. Chill for about one hour. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Roll dough into walnut-sized balls. Dip into cinnamon. Place on cookie sheet with cinnamon side up. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

* Note: Honey makes these cookies softer than those made with sugar. Making them smaller helps them hold together well.
