No-Cook Honey Chia Jam

All natural, no cook jam, made with seasonal fruit and berries. The perfect way to enjoy the bounty of fall.

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces berries, pitted cherries or peeled ripe peaches
  • 1/4-1/3 cup Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, cardamom or ginger (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds


Directions

In a blender or food processor, blend fruit, honey, spices and vanilla together until puree’d.

Stir in chia seeds.

Allow to sit for 20 minutes until thickened.

Store in fridge in an airtight container, enjoy within 1 week.
