Peanut Butter, Banana and Chocolate Chia Pudding Parfaits

A delicious dairy-free chocolate, peanut butter and banana blender pudding. Sweetened with golden honey, paired with a whole host of different berries, this delicious recipe is perfect for dessert and makes a delicious breakfast, too.

  • 2 cups almond or coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and/or blueberries


In a blender, combine almond milk, 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 cup peanut butter, chia seeds and 1/2 banana together until smooth. Pour a little more than half of mixture into a bowl, cover and refrigerate.

Add cocoa powder to blender, puree again until smooth. Pour into a second bowl, cover and refrigerate until thickened, at least 30 minutes.

Before serving, stir together 1/4 cup honey and berries.

Spoon 1/4 of mixture into the bottom of parfait glasses. Top with a layer of peanut butter mixture, set slices of banana on top of the layer, then fill with chocolate. Place another layer of peanut butter mixture on top. Top with berries.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy within 8 hours.
