Peachy Basil Margarita

Raise a glass to the newest sip in town. With a splash of tequila and a hint of orange liqueur, this Peachy Basil Margarita is the perfect blend of sweet with a little bit of kick.

  • 3 ripe peaches, peeled
  • 2 tsp Nature Nate’s pure honey
  • 2 1/2 cups ice
  • 4 limes, 3 juiced and 1 sliced into wedges
  • 9 basil leaves
  • 6 oz. tequila
  • 3 oz. orange liqueur
  • Sea salt for rim garnish

Using a blender, combine peaches, honey, ice, juice of 3 limes, tequila, and liqueur, and mix on high until the peaches are completely pureed and ice has broken down. Add 5 leaves of basil to the blender, and pulse until leaves are finely chopped. When ready to serve, wet the rim of each glass with a lime wedge, and dip in salt. Pour into glasses, and garnish with a lime wedge and basil leaf. Serve immediately.
