Peanut butter & honey sushi is a fun twist on a traditional lunch snack. Great for a quick at-home lunch, in lunch boxes, after school work, or any time as a sweet and fun treat.

Ingredients
  • 1 large spinach tortilla (10-inch circle)
  • 2 .5-ounce strawberry fruit roll-ups
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • 1/4 cup peanuts, well chopped

Directions

Place fruit roll-ups in center of tortilla. Mix together honey and peanut butter. Spread evenly over the fruit roll-ups. Spread remaining ingredients evenly over honey mixture. Place peeled bananas in the center of the tortilla, lengthwise. Roll carefully and tightly into a cylinder. With a sharp knife, slice into individual “sushi” pieces that can stand upright. Makes 6 pieces.
