No-Bake Strawberry Tartlets

- 30 pre-baked mini phyllo tart shells
- 8-ounces cream cheese
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, rinsed and stems removed
Combine cream cheese, yogurt, honey and zest until well mixed food processor or blender.
With a spatula, spoon into pastry bag (or other sturdy plastic bag with a small hole cut in the tip). Squeeze filling evenly into tart shells. Top with fresh berries and drizzle with honey.
