No-Bake Strawberry Tartlets

- 8 oz cream cheese
- ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 30 pre-baked mini phyllo tart shells
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, rinsed, stems removed and chopped
Combine cream cheese, yogurt, honey and lemon zest in food processor or blender until well mixed.
With a spatula, spoon into pastry bag (or other sturdy plastic bag with a small hole cut in the tip). Squeeze filling evenly into tart shells. Top with fresh berries and drizzle with additional honey.
