MCKINNEY, TEXAS – January 7, 2025 – Nature Nate’s Honey Co., the number-one branded honey company in the U.S. and producer of 100% pure honey, made impactful contributions to non-profit organizations nationwide in 2024. Through its corporate giving initiative, Honey Gives Hope, Nate’s donated both funds and honey to more than 15 non-profit groups, supporting university bee health research and bringing the sweetness of honey and a message of hope to individuals, families and communities across the country.

“We are proud to be known for our pure honey and our iconic orange-labeled bottles, but more importantly, for our commitment to sharing our success with those in need,” said Mike Carle, CEO of Sweet Harvest Foods, the parent company of Nate’s. “Our giving program, Honey Gives Hope, reflects our desire to drive positive change and connect with communities through meaningful partnerships.”

Nate’s continued its investment in honey bee and pollinator research in 2024, partnering with top research institutions including Cornell University, University of California, Davis, and University of Texas at Dallas. This long-standing support emphasizes Nate’s commitment to bee health and sustainable beekeeping practices, as healthy hives are essential for ecosystems as well as the production of the highest-quality honey.

Nate’s in 2024 also focused on fostering partnerships that address community needs and raise awareness for important causes. Nate’s donated financially to food banks and long-standing partners such as National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) and Breakthrough T1D (formerly known as JDRF). For its annual Mother’s Day donation, Nate’s partnered with Dress for Success Twin Cities, empowering women to achieve economic independence.

In addition to financial support, Nate’s in 2024 donated thousands of pounds of honey to more than 10 organizations, including food banks and other non-profits dedicated to hunger relief and community support. The honey helps provide families with an all-natural sweetener that they might not otherwise access.

“With Honey Gives Hope, we’re privileged to support causes close to our heart, from food security and research-driven bee health initiatives to programs that uplift families and communities,” Carle said. “Thanks to our retail customers and loyal consumers, we can extend our impact far beyond our honey bottles and into the lives of those in need.”
