Honey Gives Hope initiative supports LA families recovering from food insecurity

MCKINNEY, TEXAS – April 24, 2025 – Nature Nate’s Honey Co., the number-one branded honey company in the U.S. and producer of 100% pure, raw & unfiltered honey, donated 3,000 pounds of honey to the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank to support families affected by food insecurity. The donation is part of Nate’s corporate giving initiative, Honey Gives Hope, which serves communities in need.

The Los Angeles Regional Food Bank has served the Los Angeles community since 1973, providing food to hundreds of thousands of individuals and families every month through a network of partner agencies. The organization has expanded its services to meet the increased demand for essential food items in response to local wildfires. Nate’s donation of 3,000 pounds of honey will help local families have access to the natural sweetener as they recover and rebuild.

This is the second donation Nate’s has provided to the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank in 2025. It was one of five food banks that received a winter donation to assist food banks that often see a decline in donations after the generosity of the holiday season.

Later this spring, Nate’s will announce its 10th annual Mother’s Day donation, benefiting a Los Angeles-based organization supporting women and children navigating housing instability.
