Directions
Yield: 1 serving
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup granola
- Drizzle of Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt
- ¼ cup shaved milk chocolate for garnish
- 4-5 strawberries and orange slices
Directions
Peel one ripe banana and place it on a cutting board. With a small spatula, coat the banana with peanut butter. Next, gently sprinkle the banana with, and roll it in, granola until it has an even coat. Take a knife and slice the banana into sections like a sushi roll. Transfer to a plate for serving while keeping the banana intact. Drizzle honey over each slice. Fill a small piping bag or zip lock bag with vanilla yogurt, cut the tip, and drizzle over the banana similar to the honey. Finally, garnish “sushi roll” with shaved chocolate and add fresh strawberries and orange slices on the side.
