Directions
To make the sauce, add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk, or to a jar and shake well.
Prep your toppings by chopping iceberg lettuce, mincing onions and slicing pickles.
To make burger tacos, place 3.5oz ground beef on top of each tortilla. Using clean hands, spread the beef to the edges of the tortilla, pressing firmly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Preheat a stainless steel skillet or non-stick pan over medium heat, and drizzle with a bit of oil if desired. Place tortilla with ground beef side down on the pan. Press firmly with a spatula. Leave this for 2 minutes and then flip. Place a slice of cheese on top and cover with a lid to help it melt. Remove and repeat with the rest of the tacos.
Top with chopped lettuce, onions, pickles and plenty of hot honey smashed burger sauce. Drizzle with more Hot Honey and enjoy!
