Ingredients
- ¼ cup pecans
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup chives, chopped
- ¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp Nate’s Hot Honey
Directions
Dice the pecans and cranberries together. Mix with the chives and shredded cheddar cheese.
In a separate bowl, blend the cream cheese and hot honey. Fold in half of the pecan-cranberry mixture. Lay cling wrap on a cutting board, place the cream cheese mixture in the center, and wrap tightly to form a log shape. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours until firm.
Once firm, roll the cheese log in the remaining pecan-cranberry mixture. Drizzle with extra honey and serve!
