Honey Spice Cashews

This delightful treat is the perfect balance between spicy and sweet. Enjoy it as an on-the-go snack or a savory side dish.

  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
  • 4 cups raw cashews
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 3 Tbsp coconut or raw sugar

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Stir together butter and honey. Toss cashews in honey mixture. Line a baking sheet in foil. Place coated cashews on the foil and bake for 12-15 minutes. Combine all remaining ingredients. Remove cashews from oven and coat in spice mixture. Allow to cool. Makes 4 cups.
