Ingredients
- 13.5 oz can unsweetened coconut milk
- ⅓ cup black chia seeds
- ⅓ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup whipped cream (optional)
- ⅓ cup toasted coconut
Directions
Combine coconut milk, chia seeds, honey, salt and vanilla extract in medium-sized bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Stir and serve with honey-sweetened whipped cream and toasted coconut.
