Honey Coconut Chia Pudding

- 1 13.5-ounce can unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/3 cup black chia seeds
- 1/3 cup Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup toasted coconut
- 1/2 cup whipped cream (optional)
Combine coconut milk, chai seeds, honey, salt and vanilla in medium-sized bowl.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Stir and serve with honey-sweetened whipped cream and toasted coconut.
