Honey Simple Syrup for Coffee & Cocktails

Ingredients

For Honey Simple Syrup
1 cup honey
1 cup warm water

Directions:
Combine the ingredients, and stir until honey dissolves.

For Cinnamon Honey Latte
– 2 shots espresso or ½ cup strongly brewed French Press coffee
– ¾ cup whole milk or dairy-free milk (oat milk works best)
– 2 Tbsp honey simple syrup (or more to taste)
– ¼ tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Place the milk, honey simple syrup, and cinnamon in a milk frother, and froth until hot and doubled in size. Pour the coffee into a mug, and top with the milk. Then dust with more cinnamon to taste.

For Honey Pear Martini
– 2 ounces pear-flavored vodka
– 1 ounce orange liqueur
– 2 ounces honey syrup
– Ice
– Fresh pear slices for garnish

Directions:
In a shaker, add the ice and pour the vodka, orange liqueur, and honey simple syrup over it. Shake vigorously for one minute, then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a pear slice.
