Ingredients
For Honey Simple Syrup
- 1 cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
- 1 cup warm water
For Cinnamon Honey Latte
- 2 shots espresso or ½ cup strongly brewed French Press coffee
- ¾ cup whole milk or dairy-free milk (oat milk works best)
- 2 Tbsp honey simple syrup (or more to taste)
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
For Honey Pear Martini
- 2 ounces pear-flavored vodka
- 1 oz orange liqueur
- 2 oz honey syrup
- Ice
- Fresh pear slices for garnish
Directions
For Honey Simple Syrup
Combine the ingredients, and stir until honey dissolves.
For Cinnamon Honey Latte
Place the milk, honey simple syrup, and cinnamon in a milk frother, and froth until hot and doubled in size. Pour the coffee into a mug, and top with the milk. Then dust with more cinnamon to taste.
For Honey Pear Martini
In a shaker, add the ice and pour the vodka, orange liqueur, and honey simple syrup over it. Shake vigorously for one minute, then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a pear slice.
