- 2 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 ¼ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter melted and cooled slightly
- ¾ cup milk, room temperature
- ¾ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 2 eggs, room temperature
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a muffin pan with paper liners or spray with nonstick spray.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, whisk together the butter, milk, honey, and eggs.
Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients with a spoon or spatula just until combined.
Divide batter evenly into the twelve muffin cups and bake for 25 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
