Directions

Puree water, honey, fruit and salt. Pour into popsicle molds or paper cups. Place in freezer. When partially firm, place craft sticks in the center. Freeze until very firm.

Here are Nate’s favorite fruit combos, but don’t be afraid to mix it up and try seasonal fruits too:

  • Peaches with ¼ cup fresh mint leaves.
  • Blackberries with ½ teaspoon almond extract.
  • Strawberries with 1 teaspoon lemon or orange zest.
