Honey Fruitsicles
Cool off this summer with all-natural popsicles that are so easy to make that your kids can join in the fun. Combine your favorite fruits with your favorite honey, and this sweet cold treat will keep you and your kids opening the freezer all summer long without the guilt or sugar crash.

Total Time: 2 Hours 5 Minutes
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- ⅓ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 1 cup fresh fruit
- Pinch of salt
Directions
Puree water, honey, fruit and salt. Pour into popsicle molds or paper cups. Place in freezer. When partially firm, place craft sticks in the center. Freeze until very firm.
Here are Nate’s favorite fruit combos, but don’t be afraid to mix it up and try seasonal fruits too:
- Peaches with ¼ cup fresh mint leaves.
- Blackberries with ½ teaspoon almond extract.
- Strawberries with 1 teaspoon lemon or orange zest.
