Honey Chocolate Icing

  • 12-ounces Medjool dates
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 4-6 tablespoons butter, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2-3 tablespoons Nature Nate’s honey


In a food processor or blender, puree dates with water, cocoa powder, honey, salt and vanilla.

When well combined, whip in the butter with a mixer, or by hand until light and fluffy enough to spread.
