Honey Chili Oil

We love the sweet and spicy combination of this two-ingredient sauce. It's tasty on chicken wings, but we know you'll want to try it on even more foods for a honey and chili kick.

In a small saucepan, add the honey. Slice the chili into thin strips and add to the honey. Simmer on mow heat for 20 minutes.

Strain through a fine mesh sieve and allow to cool for 10 minutes before drizzling on food, such as chicken wings.
