Honey Ginger Fizz Recipe


* 4 oz bourbon

* 1 oz Lime Juice, fresh squeezed

* 1 oz Nature Nate's pure honey

* 4-6oz Schweppes Ginger Ale

Directions: Pour ingredients into a glass. Stir. Garnish with a slice of lime. Serve immediately and enjoy!

* 2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
* 2 Tbsp Nature Nate’s pure honey
* 2 ½ cups grapefruit juice
* 1 cup ice

Directions: Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.

Move over drive-thru milkshake. 🥤You’re about to be replaced. 😎 This Homemade Peaches and Cream Shake is the perfect sip to satisfy those sweet cravings. Add a dollop of whip cream to the top, and you’ll get lost in your own peach paradise. The only question you will find yourself asking is if you can have another. * 16 oz frozen peaches
* 1 cup low fat milk
* ½ cup heavy cream
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 2 Tbsp Nature Nate’s pure honey
* Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Directions: In a high-powered blender, combine all the ingredients, and blend on high for 1.5 minutes or on the “smoothie” setting. Pour, and top with whipped cream if using.

Raise your hand if seltzer drinks have been a game-changer for you. 🙌 We’ve combined honey, ginger, seltzer, and lime together for an insta-worthy cocktail. Shake. Pour. Sip. That’s it! Here’s how we did it + we’ve added a Sweet Potato & Honey Trail Mix to help create the perfect flavor combo. Check this out…

For the cocktail:
* 3 oz honey-ginger syrup (see below for recipe)
* 3 oz fresh lime juice
* 3 oz vodka
* 1 lime flavor can of White Claw

For honey-ginger syrup:
* 1/2 cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
* 1/2 cup water
* 1 5-inch piece of ginger, peeled and sliced into small, thin rounds


For the cocktail: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine lime juice, honey-ginger syrup, and vodka. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds, then fill two lowball glasses with ice and pour the cocktail into each glass until 3/4 full. Top each cocktail with White Claw Lime and enjoy!

For the honey-ginger syrup: This not-so-basic honey syrup is a great add-in to cold or hot beverages that need a punch of all-natural sweetness. Infused with soul-warming ginger, it mixes seamlessly into tea, smoothies, cocktails, or mocktails. Combine honey and water in a small pot on low heat. Once honey and water have melted together to a syrupy consistency, add in ginger and bring to a low simmer. Once simmering, remove from heat and place lid on to let mixture steep for 30 minutes. After thirty minutes, pour syrup through a fine sieve and store in an airtight container.

* 2 cups apple cider
* 2 Tbsp Nature Nate’s pure honey
* 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
* 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
* 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
* Thinly sliced apple and lemon to garnish

Directions: Pour all ingredients in a medium-sized saucepan and stir. Bring to a slight simmer and serve immediately. That’s it folks!

* 1/2 cup butter, softened
* 1/2 cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
* 1 egg
* 2 cups self-rising flour
* 1/2 teaspoons salt
* 2 Tbsp cinnamon

Directions: Combine butter, honey, and egg. When well mixed, stir in flour and salt. Mix thoroughly. Chill for about one hour. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Roll dough into walnut-sized balls. Dip into cinnamon. Place on cookie sheet with cinnamon side up. Bake for 10-12 minutes. *Note: Honey makes these cookies softer than those made with sugar. Making them smaller helps them hold together well.

Wanna taco’ bout these drool-worthy pork tacos? 🌮 Gimme, gimme! Tuck this weeknight dinner win in your pocket when you don’t have hours to spend in the kitchen. 💯Let your Instant Pot or slow cooker do all the work, and you take all the credit. 🏆

* 6 lb. pork shoulder (no bone)
* ½ cup fresh orange juice plus the peel (about 3 medium-sized oranges) – slice 1.5 peels (not all of them)
* 2 light beers (we used Shiner Light Blonde)
* ½ cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
* 1 head garlic, peeled and minced (about 10 cloves)
* 2 medium-sized yellow onions, diced
* ½ cup fresh chopped cilantro
* 2 cinnamon sticks
* 2 bay leaves
* 3 tsp. dried chili flake
* 2 Tbsp. ground cumin
* 1 Tbsp. ground coriander
* 2 Tbsp. kosher salt
* 24 flour tortillas
* Garnish: fresh chopped cilantro, diced white onion, jalapeño slices and chopped tomatoes

Directions: Place the pork shoulder in an electric pressure cooker (like an Instant Pot) or slow cooker. In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk until the honey is well incorporated. Taste and add salt if needed. Pour the liquid over the pork shoulder, add the orange peels, and place the lid to secure it shut. If using the pressure cooker, set to pressure cook for 45 minutes; otherwise set the slow cooker to low and cook for 8 hours, or overnight. Once the cooking is complete, place the pork on a parchment-lined baking sheet and, using two forks, shred the meat. Do not crowd the baking sheet – spread the meat evenly in one layer. Place the baking sheet in the oven under the broiler and cook for 3-5 minutes or until the edges of the meat begin to crisp. Remove it, and place the meat on the tortillas. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro or other toppings.

* 1 frozen banana
* 2-3 Tbsp almond butter
* 2-3 Tbsp Nature Nate’s pure honey
* 2/3 cup almond milk
* 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
* 3 Tbsp protein powder

Directions: Add all ingredients to your blender. Puree until very creamy. It’s just that easy!

* 8 cups water
* 4 bags favorite strong tea (such as black or oolong)
* 1/3-1/2 cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
* 1 lemon, sliced very thin
* Mint (optional)

Directions: Boil water and brew tea until deep amber. While still warm, but not hot, stir in honey to taste. (Some people like really sweet tea. If that’s you…go for it!) Pour into a glass jug or bottle that has a top. Add lemons. Chill until ready to use. Stir well before serving. Add mint if desired. Enjoy!

PB&J Froyo Bites. 🤯😍 This 5-ingredient, kid-approved snack is about to become a “Can I please have one more?!” staple in your home. 😉 See how and save for later…
* 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt
* 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter (no sugar added)
* 3 Tbsp Nature Nate’s pure honey
* 1 tsp vanilla
* ½ cup of jam
Directions: Line a muffin tin with silicone liners. Mix yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla in a medium bowl until combined. Scoop about 1 Tbsp of mixture into each muffin cup, making sure the bottom is completely covered. Place 1 tsp of jam in the center of each muffin cup, and then add 1 Tbsp of yogurt mixture on top. Use the remainder of yogurt to make sure there is no jam showing. Place in freezer for about three hours or overnight. Remove from tin, and store in a freezer safe container for up to one month.

Looking to switch things up in your coffee and cocktails? ☕️🍹 Our honey simple syrup is an easy way to ditch processed sugar 🙌 while keeping that pure, sweet taste you crave. See how to create honey simple syrup below, and save the recipe of one of our favorite craft coffees.
Honey Simple Syrup:
* 1 cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
* 1 cup warm water
Directions: Combine the ingredients until dissolved.
Cinnamon Honey Latte:
* 2 shots espresso or ½ cup strongly brewed French Press coffee
* ¾ cup whole milk or dairy-free milk (oat milk works best)
* 2 Tbsp honey simple syrup (or more to taste)  
* ¼ tsp cinnamon

Directions: Place the milk, honey simple syrup, and cinnamon in a milk frother, and froth until hot and doubled in size. Pour the coffee into a mug, top with the milk, and dust with more cinnamon to taste. Enjoy!

Dear Sunday morning, we’re already dreaming about breakfast. 😍 These Lemon Poppyseed Quinoa Pancakes are what lazy weekends are made of. 🍋🍓🥞 Add a drizzle of raw honey on top, and you may not want to leave your bed. 😬🤗 Save the recipe below, and tag a friend who you know would eat this up.
~ 3/4 cup prepared quinoa
~ 3/4 cup oat flour
~ 2 eggs, beaten
~ 1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
~ 1 tsp baking soda
~ 1 Tbsp lemon zest
~ 1-2 Tbsp poppy seeds
~ 1/2 tsp salt
~ 3 Tbsp Nature Nate’s pure honey
~ 3/4 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
~ 1 cup strawberries

Directions: Stir together all but berries and syrup until just combined. Heat a non-stick skillet and make pancakes, using about 1/3 cup batter for each. Serve hot with fresh berries and honey on top.

On the hunt for a lip-smacking wing recipe? 🤗 Look no further than these honey garlic and ginger wings. 😋 Whether you love to fire up the grill or keep it simple in the oven, this flavor combination will make you look like a pro. 🏆 Save the recipe below as a to-go for dinner this week.

~ 2½ lbs chicken wings
~ 1/2 cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
~ 4 large cloves garlic (minced)
~ 1½ tsp fresh minced ginger
~ 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
~ 2 Tbsp soy sauce
~ 2 Tbsp rice wine or white vinegar
~ pinch crushed red peppers (optional)
~ 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
~ salt and pepper to taste

For the sauce: Yields half cup of sauce: Heat the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, orange juice, rice wine or vinegar, honey, and crushed red peppers in a sauce pan on medium low heat, stirring continuously until slightly reduced (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat and set aside.
For the wings: Preheat grill to 425 degrees. If using gas or charcoal grill, use medium heat and make sure the wings are not on direct flame so they don’t burn.

Pat wings dry with paper towel, and toss in vegetable oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add wings directly to grill grate. Cook for about 40-45 minutes with lid closed, flipping them half way through the cook. Once nice and crispy, toss in sauce and enjoy. If cooking in the oven, place on a roasting rack, and cook for 30-35 minutes. You could also use the broil setting on an oven for the last couple minutes of the cook to get the skin extra crispy. Note: Chicken should be cooked to an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees.
