Ingredients
- 4 cups half and half, room temperature*
- ½ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
Directions
Pour all ingredients into a bowl and whisk together. Once mixed, pour into a container with a lid and set in the freezer for 2 hours until solid.
Pull out of freezer and scoop into a food processor. Purée until creamy. This will help break down ice crystals that form. Return to freezer and allow to reset for 2 more hours. Top with Nature Nate’s 100% Pure Honey.
