Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 2 cups chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds and/or pecans)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ⅓ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
Directions
Start by preheating your oven to 300°F and lining a baking pan with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, nuts, cinnamon, and nutmeg and stir well.
Melt coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, then mix in honey and vanilla until fully combined. Pour this wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until all the oats and nuts are coated.
Spread the granola mixture evenly on the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges begin to turn golden. Allow the granola to cool completely before breaking it into pieces. Serve with milk for a delicious breakfast or snack!
