Homemade Fruit Snacks

There’s nothing better than summer produce! Our homemade fruit snacks, sweetened with pure honey and real fruit, are a fun and easy way to use the leftovers from the fruit drawer and sneak some extra vitamins into your diet. Pro tip: Grab the little ones to help whip up these yummy treats!

Ingredients
  • 4 cups of your favorite fruit juice
  • 8-10 packets of Nate’s 100% Pure Honey Minis*
  • 4 1-ounce packets unflavored gelatin
  • Fresh fruit of choice
  • 1/3 cup Honey Syrup

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup of cold juice. Stir in the honey or honey syrup.

Meanwhile, bring the remaining 3 cups of juice to a boil. Stir it into the gelatin mixture until very well combined (no lumps!). Pour into a 9×13-inch pan. Place favorite fruits (berries are best) generously over all. Refrigerate until well set.

Cut into cubes.

It feels cold and jiggly!
