Grilled Lamb Chops with Honey Chimichurri Sauce

Combine all sauce ingredients and puree until finely chopped, but not creamy. Place sauce in the refrigerator to chill. Makes about 1 cup.
Prepare the grill. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, honey and salt. Grill lamb chops to desired doneness, basting several times on each side with the olive oil mixture. Salt to taste.
Serve with chimichurri sauce, couscous and greens.
