Ingredients
- 6 pitted medjool dates
- 2-3 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp flaxseed meal, or hemp seeds
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup fruit (berries, banana, peach or mango)
- 1/2 tsp almond extract, optional
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender. Puree until creamy, and you’re done!
