Frozen Honey Paloma Cocktail

If you love a margarita, then you’ll love this even tarter twist on the classic frozen cocktail. Made simply from fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice and ever-so-slightly sweetened with golden honey, the Paloma is the perfect puckery refreshment for spring and summer fun. Cheers!

  • ½ cup ice
  • Grapefruit soda

Directions

Juice the grapefruit (about one large grapefruit), and place in ice cube tray. Freeze for about five hours. Place in a blender with tequila, lime juice, honey, and ice, and blend on high until frothy and smooth. Pour into a salt-rimmed old fashioned glass, and top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with slice of lime or grapefruit wedge.
