Frozen Honey Paloma Cocktail

If you love a margarita, then you’ll love this tart twist on the classic frozen cocktail. Made simply from fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice and ever-so-slightly sweetened with golden honey, the Paloma is the perfect puckery refreshment for spring and summer fun. Cheers!

  • 1 cup fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 3 oz Blanco tequila (rec Don Julio or Casa Migos)
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
  • ½ cup ice
  • Grapefruit soda

Juice the grapefruit (about one large grapefruit), and place in ice cube tray. Freeze for about 5 hours. Place in a blender with tequila, lime juice, honey and ice, and blend on high until frothy and smooth. Pour into a salt-rimmed old fashioned glass and top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with slice of lime or grapefruit wedge.
