We promise we’re not crazy. This decadent chocolate-lover’s dream dessert is really that easy. The hardest part is waiting two hours while it chills in the refrigerator, but that first spoonful (and those to follow) are totally worth the wait.

Ingredients
14 oz firm or silken tofu
Two 1 oz squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/3 cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Combine tofu, honey, chocolate, vanilla, and salt in a food processor or blender until VERY creamy. Add chocolate chips, and process with pulse option until chocolate is well-chopped and evenly combined throughout the mousse. Chill in 4 ramekins or small bowls for about 2 hours.
Option: Garnish with honey-sweetened whipped cream, a drizzle of honey, and fresh berries.
Note: Mousse can be made a day or two ahead of serving if covered with plastic wrap.
