Directions

Toast sliced almonds in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 3 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden. Set aside.

Put chocolate chips and milk in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high in 15-second intervals, stirring well between each, until not quite fully melted (this should take about 3 rounds). Continue stirring until smooth.

In a larger bowl, mix plain Greek yogurt with honey and a pinch of salt until fully incorporated.

Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper and spread with a spatula to about ½ inch thickness. Sprinkle the sliced cherries and almonds across the top of the yogurt and lightly press them into the yogurt. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the cherries and almonds.

Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 4 hours or until firm enough to break into pieces. Break up and transfer to a sealed container. Serve cold. Keep frozen for up to 2 weeks.
