Chia Pudding & Papaya Breakfast Bowl

Soft, ripe papaya makes a beautiful match with smooth, sweet chia pudding. A delicious way to wake up on any day, this lovely fruit bowl is a nice twist on smoothies, looks beautiful at brunch, and can be given an extra boost of protein with a scoop of vanilla protein powder.

For The Chia Pudding:

For The Fruit Bowl:

  • 1 ripe papaya, halved and hollowed out
  • 1 cup berries, kiwi and/or pomegranate seeds
  • 2-4 Tbsp Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey


At least 12 hours before serving, whisk together chia seeds, almond milk, honey, vanilla and salt. Place in an airtight container, cover and refrigerate.

To serve, spoon chia pudding into papaya bowls. Top with fruit. Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
