- Bowtie Pasta
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Nate’s Hot Honey
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Basil
- 2 cups Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Bring a salted pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to directions until al dente.
Add to a large bowl the minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, hot honey, fresh basil, chopped tomatoes and shredded parmesan cheese, as well as 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Mix and set aside as the water boils and pasta cooks.
When the pasta is finished, strain water and transfer pasta directly from the pot to the bowl with the bruschetta. Mix everything in the bowl, and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Taste and season to taste if needed.
Serve with extra basil, parmesan and black pepper if desired.
