Beet Hummus Dip
Give hummus a twist with the addition of beets. A bright pink dip perfect with toasted pita to potato chips, this whole food recipe is a delicious way to enjoy snacking.
- 1 cup chickpeas, drained
- ¼ Tbsp Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
- ½ cup tahini
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4-5 steamed beets
- salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, pure until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with pop chips, toasted pita, fresh veggies or potato chips.
