Ingredients
- 1 8oz wheel of brie
- 2 Tbsp Nate’s organic honey, plus more for serving
- ½ tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
- Pinch salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the wheel of brie in a small oven-safe dish or on a parchment-lined baking tray. Score the top of the brie with a shallow criss-cross pattern to help the honey and herbs seep in.
Drizzle the honey over the top of the brie. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary and pistachios and a pinch of salt.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the brie feels soft and gooey in the center when gently pressed.
Carefully transfer to a serving board or serve right in the baking dish. Drizzle with more honey, and enjoy immediately with crackers, crostini or apple slices.
