Baked Brie with Rosemary & Pistachios

Dipping a cracker into melted baked brie with pistachios and honey.
This simple, crowd-pleasing appetizer brings together creamy brie, Nate’s organic honey and a savory crunch of pistachios. Just a few minutes in the oven turns it into a warm, melty masterpiece perfect for spreading over crackers, crostini or apple slices. Topped with honey, it’s sweet, salty and irresistibly good. Made to share (but you might not want to).

Ingredients
  • 1 8oz wheel of brie
  • 2 Tbsp Nate’s organic honey, plus more for serving
  • ½ tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
  • Pinch salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the wheel of brie in a small oven-safe dish or on a parchment-lined baking tray. Score the top of the brie with a shallow criss-cross pattern to help the honey and herbs seep in.

Drizzle the honey over the top of the brie. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary and pistachios and a pinch of salt.

Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the brie feels soft and gooey in the center when gently pressed.

Carefully transfer to a serving board or serve right in the baking dish. Drizzle with more honey, and enjoy immediately with crackers, crostini or apple slices.
