Ingredients
  • 2 slices rustic bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 thick slices port cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • Fresh-cracked pepper

Directions

Spread butter on both sides of the bread. Cook one side of the buttered bread in a skillet over medium heat until light golden brown. Flip the bread, top with slices of port and bacon. Cover the skillet and cook just until the cheese is melted. Remove and place on serving plates. In a small bowl, stir together honey and thyme. Drizzle this mixture over the top of each slice of bread. Top with fresh-cracked pepper. Enjoy immediately.
