Avocado Honey-Basil Ice Cream

- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 (15 oz) can full fat coconut milk
- 2/3 cup Nature Nate’s Raw and Unfiltered Honey
- 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
Peel each avocado and remove the pits.
In a blender, combine all ingredients, until puree’d. Pour into a freezer-safe container. Freeze overnight, whisking every 30 minutes or so for the first 2 hours, if desired, to make ice cream light and fluffy.
Scoop, serve and enjoy!
