Honey Avocado Ice Cream

Total Time Overnight
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 15 oz can full fat coconut milk
- ⅔ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- ½ cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
Peel each avocado and remove the pits.
In a blender, combine all ingredients until pureed. Pour into a freezer-safe container. Freeze overnight, whisking every 30 minutes or so for the first 2 hours, if desired, to make your ice cream light and fluffy.
Scoop, serve and enjoy!
