Ingredients

• 4 ripe bananas
• Tin foil
• Nate’s Organic 100% Pure Honey

Toppings of Choice:

• Creamy peanut butter
• Chopped peanuts
• Pretzels*
• Cream cheese spread
• Raspberries
• Blueberries
• Mini marshmallows
• Chocolate chips
• Graham crackers*
• White chocolate chips
• Cinnamon toast cereal*

Preheat oven to 400°F. Lay out 4 pieces of tin foil.

Slice unpeeled bananas down the center vertically but not all the way to the end so it stays intact. Place in the centre of a piece of tin foil.

Top each banana with toppings of choice (save the toppings marked with a * until after they’ve baked), and drizzle with honey. Seal the tin foil, and place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until bananas have softened slightly. Cool for a minute and carefully open the foil. Top with the additional toppings and an extra drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
